It started with a frustrating phone call.
Ali was trying to book a Turkey trip for his family. The travel agency had a “package” — 7 days, 6 nights, set hotels, rushed itinerary.
When he asked, “Can we spend an extra day in Cappadocia?” the answer was, “That’s not in the package.”
When he asked about dietary preferences, “Can you recommend halal restaurants?” the response was, “We don’t handle that.”
When he had questions at 7pm, the reply was simply, “I’ll get back to you tomorrow.”
Sound familiar?
That’s when Ali called Rahat.
